If you are a graduate of an approved program who studied at an educational institution outside of Saskatchewan, you will be required to apply directly to the Ministry of Advanced Education to have a GRP certificate issued.

Forward the completed application with copy of your transcript or certificate, diploma or degree confirming you are a graduate from an eligible program of study, to the address below.
