As part of the Canada-Saskatchewan Labour Market Agreement, the Province of Saskatchewan must meet certain requirements in their programs and services.

Participants and clients of programs and services are encouraged to complete a client satisfaction survey once they have completed their training program. The client satisfaction survey is a survey that asks clients/participants about their experience with the program/service that they participated in as well as their satisfaction with that program/service.
