The Labour Market Post-Secondary Graduates Survey2011-12 Survey of 2009-10 Post-secondary GraduatesOur Ministry, in partnership with the University of Regina, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST), Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT), Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC) and private vocational schools, has contracted PRA (Prairie Research Associates) Inc. to undertake a follow-up survey of 2009-10 graduates of Saskatchewan’s post-secondary system. The survey is now closed. A report describing the survey findings will be released in the spring of 2012. A similar survey was conducted in 2006-07 of graduate outcomes for 2004-05 graduates. (See Related Documents below.) Questions and Answers1. Why is the survey done? AEEI, with its post-secondary institution and organization partners, are undertaking the research project to provide a clear picture of post-secondary graduates’ (from provincial institutions, both public and private) perceptions and experiences. This project will seek to gather information on graduates’ level of satisfaction with their education, sources of financing for their education, level of education-related debt, and pre- and post-graduate mobility, as well as their education and employment outcomes.
2. Am I required to participate? Participation is voluntary, but it will help to improve the survey results if more graduates participate.

4. When is the survey done? Graduates will be contacted between November 15, 2011 and February 12, 2012. The final report is expected to be released in the spring of 2012.
5. How is privacy protected? PRA Inc. is bound by contract to treat all information provided with the highest standards of confidentiality and anonymity.
