What's New

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on October 5, 2011, between St. Peter's College, the University of Saskatchewan and our Ministry.

This MOU provides the framework for how the three parties will work together to ensure effective governance and accountability at St. Peter's College.


A new five-member board for CTRC takes effect September 29.
Glenn Hepp, Humboldt, is appointed as the new Board chairperson effective September 29, 2011.  Hepp's term will coincide with his current appointment as a board member, which ends September 29, 2013.   The board members are:

  • Denis Bergerman, Humboldt 
  • Martin Chicolo, Southey
  • Luz Marina Dominguez, Wynyard
  • Glenn Hepp, Humboldt
  • Leon Winkel, Humboldt

The first meeting of the CTRC Board will take place September 29, 2011.  At the same time the new board takes over, the appointment of the Administrator is concluded.
